As long as the red led light indicator comes on you should be ok. I've also read about how this isn't able to handle both devices charging at once. Although this only happened once it never happened after that. And I saw no over heating issues. However sometimes it doesn't charge at full fast speeds.

The watch charging station is great but you have to be really precise on it or else it won't pick up the watch. I wish there was a way where it was magnetized and it auto charges
