Q: Does the phone need to be removed from the case before using the wireless charger?
A: No, i have an otter box cover and i dont take the cover off to charge it, and is a quick charge.
Q: Is a charger and cable included or do they have to be purchased separately?
A: Yes, it comes with it's own charging brick (and cable), which is bigger than the one that comes with the Note9 and/or GalaxyWatch - that is, the charging brick is a bit beefier. I assume this is bc it needs to be able to charge two devices, not one, as would be the case if you were using the stock charging bricks for either Note9 or GalaxyWatch.

A: Yes it will. It will charge any wireless device like that no matter what the brand is as long as the device itself is capable of wireless charging.
Q: Can I charge my Apple Watch?
A: No! It can't charge the Apple Watch. I tried with my wife's Apple watch 4 and it didn't take but it can charge the iPhone 10xr.

A: No, this item isn't compatible with a Bluetooth earpiece. This item is compatible only for these models, Qi-enabled Samsung smartphones and smartwatches.
