It has trouble locating my gf g3 watch but is not picky for my galaxy. The issue with it is the fan in it is loud. The fan doesn't turn off either when fully charged. Poor feature. I almost want to return it but it does charge the phone quick.

The results are not great. The phone charging pad works like a charm. The watch charging pad needs more work. The watch had to sit perfectly if not no charge. Designers could have incorporated a magnet to set the phone properly.

The light turns red indicating that it is charging and when I get the device in the morning it has not been charged. Apparently I did put it just right. Do not recommend

Since it has a smooth surface, with no holder to secure the watch, there should not be a "correct" position, just set the watch down and it should charge.
