This charger did great charging my phone but sucked charging any of my smartwatches, Gear S2, Fossil and Gear Galaxy. In fact it actually drained my smartwatch batteries. Returned.

kinda sometimes work. some times it works well, and most of the time it takes for ever to charge my galaxy watch and Samsung s10+. other times it wont even charge it.

Personally did not like this unit. For me it seemed you had to set phone a specific way on the charger or it wouldn't connect and charge.

You have to remove phone protective case to charge. By doing this my phone fell and cracked.

This was an open box item purchased from a store and shipped to me. Upon reviewing the contents inside; apparently someone who packaged this item to ship to me didn't think that I needed the wall plug portion to charge with, so with that being said; I can't really rate or recommend to a friend. I will be returning it instead.

This does not charge our phones very fast. I can charge my phone faster by plugging it in.

This device seemed worth the price, until I found out it was an older model with less amperage. It was too slow charging wirelessly, its main purpose. It was also very bulky.

after 6mos it stopped working, red blinking lights

Bought the charger from store as open box product. Plugged it in when I got home and it did not work. Tag said excellent condition, well l guess geek squad missed that one.

I had a hard time getting it to work. Sometimes it charges, sometimes it does not. Avoid this product. Wait until samsung refines it.

Just use the charger your items come with for free... expansive and exactly what you already have from the manufacture.

1 hr. more charging time than the original charger. It should be comparable or should be quicker,because your paying extra for a new charger.

Would charge my watch. Samsung ended refunding my money and told me they where discontinuing that model for that reason

This just stopped charging after a couple months of use. Not worth the money.

Says it will wireless charge phone and smartwatch will not charge the Apple Watch.

Not very good I had to buy another one within a few months

Glad Samsung made this. It's a bit of an inconvenience having a watch and phone on 2 separate chargers because of cable management. With this I have the convenience of one charger to charge both phone and watch, and another phone too which keeps my sis from hijacking my wireless charger when she visits lol.

I've really enjoyed the Samsung Wireless Charger Duo. Very easy to set up and within seconds I am charging both my phones. My only real issue is the price. I gave a 4 out of 5 stars solely on the price and not performance.

Had been on my wish list for quite sometime. I love that I can put it near my nightstand and charge both my watch and cellphone together while I'm asleep. Saves space and the wireless charging is fast!

Well, I got this for FREE for buying my 512GB Note 9 and though it is a great design and idea but it severely lacks performance. 1. It only wants to charge my note 9 when its faced sideways and not straight up and this is with and with out a case on it, I even got my wife a 512Gb Note 9 too and her phone does the same thing on my dock. But works fine on my 2 year old dock I had for my note 5 that still works. 2. My brand new Samsung Gear S3 Frontier charges just fine on its included in the box dock but drains the battery severely fast when I put it on this dock correctly. Keep in mind that the watch really needs to be placed right at the center of that charging point on the dock or it will NOT charge the watch at all, you wont even see the little red light turn on, getting back to my issue, Its weird, how does a wireless charger "Reverse Charge" a smart watch? lol! It goes from 61% battery life on my watch to 34% battery life in less then 1 hour while the red light that indicates it is charging is actually on and even on the watch it says its charging but loses more and more battery life the longer I leave it on this new dual charge dock with or with out the note 9 charging at the same time. I dont get it but NOPE I Do NOT recommend this. I went back to my original Samsung charger that came with the phone and the original charging dock that came with my Brand new Gear S3 frontier. Now everything is fully charged and ready for me to take to work in the morning. Too bad I cant return it and perhaps get store credit for the value of this thing and get something else like a longer charging cable or additional micro SD card etc. Well, I'm stuck with it because it's free but I would have already returned it if I would have actually bought it in cash.
