Great TV while it lasted!

I'm hoping I dont have the same issue. Used my geek squad warranty and was able to upgrade the tv just paying the difference because that model was no longer available.

So much for warranties.

Died in Under 2.5 Years

Until it stopped working yesterday after only 2 years and 4 months of having it. As it turns out, the Samsung TVs have about a 2.5 year lifespan according to a ton of people who own them. I'll never buy a Samsung TV again for this reason. Yeah they're a lower price for great picture, but if it only last 2.5 years that isn't really a value.

Samsung big screen Tv’s problemmatic

I have purchased 2 big screen 70 inch tv’s they both went out due to electrical static or shocks. They were plugged into surge protectors. Trying to reach Samsung company is complicated and then they say there have been complaints however no extended warranty you are out if luck! Be careful consider another brand cheaper anyway.

I was really bummed down because I did not purchase the insurance for it thinking that it is a known brand and it isn't that cheap. Big mistake on my part! The TV lasted two and a half years. Now I just have it sit it in the garage.

Very disappointed in Samsung's lack of reliability

It has been just over 3 years and the television will not turn on any longer. Other than that Best Buy was awesome with the purchase, shipping, and delivery. The television had an amazing picture.

33 Months of Light Use and it is Dead - Garbage

It was connected to a surge protecting power strip. It is trash now because the minimum cost to repair is $460. Will not buy Samsung again. If the motherboard fails it's $460. If the screen fails it's $620.

If you google this model with now display showing you will see how many people have had theirs totally break!!! Best Buy’s could have never sold me this shame on you BestBuy!
