Worst tv ive owned. Bought 9/2020, had to have the display replaced in 3/22. Had to schedule a service call in 7/23 only to find out the same issue had occured. The store decided tv wasn't worth it, had us choose another tv. Don't waste your time or money.

I do like the tv, picture quality is great, disappointed with the lack of features. With this being a wifi enabled tv, if you go into settings, you are not able to update the tv. The feature is there but you not able to select or highlight it. The are a lot of apps that are not available for Samsung TVs. It is a good tv for the price.

I used to only buy Samsung televisions, but will think twice about buying another. The tv broke after 2yrs, only get a black screen, and Samsung doesn’t back up their product, it seems to be an ongoing issue with their product. When contacting Samsung they keep telling me I have a different manufacturer date then what is stamped on my tv. Tv as purchase directly from Best Buy Brand new. If I could give zero stars I would.

Amazing tv, great picture quality up until the picture stopped working. Owned the tv for a year and a few months and just lost the screen just went out. Turns blue when powered up then black screen and powers itself on and off on its own.

great T.V!, that's until i attempted to turn it on one day and got a black screen and back light flickering. Only had the T.V less then two years. Forced me to purchase another T.V hope this lasts longer....much longer.

We bought this TV 3 years ago and it just completely stopped working. Completely unacceptable, I’m very disappointed.

Not even a 1 star I can guive this article , I bought it only 2 years and 2 months ago and it stopped working 2 days ago from nowhere. I do not recommend buying

It is April 2023 and this TV is not working, we are totally disappointed. When it worked we loved it but we woke up one morning and nothing!

Got a black screen of death after 2 and a half years of light use. Unreliable with known design issue.

Bought this in 2020 for Christmas present, and it just bit the dust. Meaning it doesnt work anymore.

Samsung really hitting trying to get to the top of the mountain when it comes to screen res and features while they forgot to keep in mind many important things - hookup options and everything to actually function correctly. It has 2 HDMI hookups, USB and optical sound and that's it. For that it's an automatic fail, I don't care if it can also make my morning coffee. I'm got this to replace a 70" 1080p smart tv that has 4 HDMI and a component and I was still using 3 way HDMI and 4 way component splitters. The number of Americans who only need 2 HDMI ports and nothing else is ABSOLUTELY NOBODY!!! I haven't had it long (I've updated it) and have only used a few apps but Netflix has froze and kicked me out several times already. Other clicking/controlling takes rather long to process. The navigation around these apps is rather clunky, inconvenient and even confusing. Also some lower res programs look worse on this than my last tv than my old Visio 70" 1080. For lack of a better analogy, I feel that Samsung tried to build a shiny flashy hummer and gave it a 4 cylinder and hand crank windows. It's great to look at and that's important (especially for a TV) but they left out performance and failed on convenience. I got this on sale for cyber week and the price for 520 and assuming the program issues will get worked out I'm happy with the price. It's back to 700. Don't pay 700. This is a $500 tv. Honestly it's a cool tv and has neat features. Aside from the hookup situation I don't hate this tv and hope some future updates will fix these problems.

Very bad TV after exactly 2 years the TV just gave out on me. First three lines came out, then the screen turned black and it never turned back on. I tried to get Best Buy to help me out, but they said that the warranty expired and the the warranty with Samsung expired at exactly 2 years, my TV broke a month later after it had expired. Disappointed with this TV.

This tv was rarely used and it just stopped working after 3 years.

I purchased the television in November 2020, and it was very slow. Exactly 3 years later my television blacked out and never came back on. Geek Squad came to diagnose the television and advised that it would cost $900 to repair. I paid $650 for the junk, so now I have to purchase another one. I'll look at LG this go round.

Do Not Buy!! After a year of purchase needed to replace LCD screen after a year of replacement same issue now I’m being charged $700 for replacement LCD screen due to protection plan expired and wasn’t even notified to renew and for that price might as well buy a new tv ! Very disappointed for brand I would expect to last 5 years or more only lasted 1 year don’t waste your money on this brand

Tv was good but in 16 months the main board died and Samsung had stopped making those boards.

The TV is great but it was only after I hit it hung up and set up that I realized this TV doesn't have Blue Tooth! Also, My sister bar isn't working with the tv. I have tried 3x to get ahold of somebody at Samsung to help me set up something and they have extremely long wait times. All 3 times Ive waited over an hour so I tried the text chat feature, they responded once but then disappeared. I tried online chat and that was very slow response and ended up being a nightmare trying to explain things through a chat. Ive given up and I'm very close to returning this TV.

We have had this TV just over 3 years and now we only have a black screen to look at that occasionally flickers navy blue. So disappointing as we have had other Samsung TVs that we are still using that are older!

Tv went out after 3 years. One day just stopped working. Nothing wrong with best buy but the tv just died out.
