I bought this TV back in Nov. 2019. For the last few months it has had trouble connecting to my home wifi in order to access the Smart features. All of my other TVs (LG and TCL) connect just fine, so it’s definitely an issue with my Samsung TV. Over all it plays great picture when it does decide to work. Would I buy another? NO. Would I recommend this TV to others? NO. But for $600 I guess you get what you pay for.

The panel went bad right after the year warranty. I got it fixed through Samsung’s out of warranty one time repair policy. Once that 90 day warranty expired the new panel went bad. Now my screen flickers and goes dark all the time and Samsung refuses to actually fix it. It’ll be $800 out of pocket. I’m better off buying a new tv.

The tv blacked out after 2 years. Would not recommend

Like many others, this one only lasted 2-3 years. I own many Samsung devices and this one is the worst. I have 10 year old TV's still working like new or repaired inexpensively.. who wants to spend $1000 every other year for a TV? Very dissapointed..

The TV was great until a few months passed my Samsung warranty. The TV no longer turns on, no sound, no connecting to my devices, and no picture. The TV will power on and shut off immediately. I bought this in late March 2020, it is now January 2022.

It’s been about 3 years and TV has gotten dark on left side. I was looking at the reviews on this TV recently and found out it’s common.

Working pretty good for 1 year and 4 months. Suddenly the tv turns on and off on it’s on with no picture. I spoke to Best Buy and they directed me to Samsung. Samsung will only cover the parts and I’ll likely have to pay hundreds in labor to get the screen replaced. Both Best Buy and Samsung should stand behind their products as this is an unacceptable lifespan for a modern TV.

Just about the hit 3 year mark on owning it and the screen turns on and off by itself. Repair estimates are $400 to $1000.

Terrible product. Lasted all of three and a half years. Guess I should of purchased extended warranty.

We've had this TV for just under 2 years and it has completely stopped working. It flashes on for a split second and then the screen goes black and there is a red flashing light. It is disappointing to spend so much money on something and have it break so quickly. It has also been impossible to get any support via Samsung OR Best Buy. Unacceptable.

Broke down in less than 2 years. We have had this TV for less than 2 years and the screen will not turn on now.

Tv seemed to work great then it just stopped. Only lasted 2 years and 3 months! Just flashes on and off.

Screen went black without any problems prior. Can't even do a diagnostic test. Total crap

I bought this TV and picture quality is poor according with my previous samsung curve 65 Inch. I tried to set up configuration but I give Up netflix seems dark and I cant use my smart remote because it says is not compatible. I called customer service but still waiting for if they can do sth I tried image test and looks amazing but whe it is in use quality is bad like cheap TV

The TV died within two years - just a shame!!! Very disappointed.
