Not my best TV purchase

For the last few months it has had trouble connecting to my home wifi in order to access the Smart features. All of my other TVs (LG and TCL) connect just fine, so it’s definitely an issue with my Samsung TV. Over all it plays great picture when it does decide to work. Would I buy another? NO. Would I recommend this TV to others? NO. But for $600 I guess you get what you pay for.

Not worth the money

I got it fixed through Samsung’s out of warranty one time repair policy. Once that 90 day warranty expired the new panel went bad. Now my screen flickers and goes dark all the time and Samsung refuses to actually fix it. It’ll be $800 out of pocket. I’m better off buying a new tv.

Another defective LCD screen..

I have 10 year old TV's still working like new or repaired inexpensively.. who wants to spend $1000 every other year for a TV? Very dissapointed..

Not a good long term tv

The TV no longer turns on, no sound, no connecting to my devices, and no picture. The TV will power on and shut off immediately. I bought this in late March 2020, it is now January 2022.

Worked good for 1 year and 4 months.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Working pretty good for 1 year and 4 months. Suddenly the tv turns on and off on it’s on with no picture. I spoke to Best Buy and they directed me to Samsung. Samsung will only cover the parts and I’ll likely have to pay hundreds in labor to get the screen replaced. Both Best Buy and Samsung should stand behind their products as this is an unacceptable lifespan for a modern TV.

Nope. Don't do it.

It flashes on for a split second and then the screen goes black and there is a red flashing light. It is disappointing to spend so much money on something and have it break so quickly. It has also been impossible to get any support via Samsung OR Best Buy. Unacceptable.

Bad quality Image

I tried to set up configuration but I give Up netflix seems dark and I cant use my smart remote because it says is not compatible. I called customer service but still waiting for if they can do sth I tried image test and looks amazing but whe it is in use quality is bad like cheap TV
