great tv, lightweight for its size looks amazing on my wall and you can't beat the price compared to other TVs

Great price for a tv this size and great quality...not top of the line, but good price for its model type!

We love this TV the picture is good and the smart features are nice if you don't want to use something like a firestick. Technical support is great! We did buy a soundbar to enhance the sound.

Tv set up and Install was a breeze, as are most. A month in, the Netflix show had a "tinny" echo, turned to regular cable and it was still there. Began freaking out that the tv had broke but after a hard restart, all was fine (possibly a loose plug?) Only negative I can state is the volume. Sometimes its a 12, at one point a 44. However, that is all tvs, and may be the audio settings can be changed, but do not care enough to have gotten around to that.

This TV stopped working less than 2 years after purchasing. I contacted Samsung and was told it was most likely the powerboard based on my explanation of what was happening. I reached out to my local TV repair place and was told it could cost up to $500 for repair. I will never purchase Samsung again!!!

Died just over two years after purchase. Numerous other reviews on Google with the same problem, stuck in a boot loop, won't turn on, screen alternates grey then black. Can't even get to menu to look at settings. Very disappointed, always had good luck with Samsung in the past, but I don't think we'll be buying their TVs again anytime soon.

I was leery of buying a TV online because I couldn't see the picture quality. I'm very pleased with my choice and the clarity of the picture. My eyesight is bad and with this I can actually read the fine print in those darn commercials. To someone raised with a little, heavy boxy TV that was black and white ... picked up only 4 channels and there was no such thing as a remote ...... This is like having a movie theater in my home.

Had this TV for almost 2 years now. It's a TV that looks nice, sounds nice, and is a smart TV. My pictures look clear, it responsds well to me switching in and out with streaming app. I watch a lot on the TV and the only irritating thing that has happened is when YouTube freaks out and lags my TV, but a quick reboot does the job. Love that it has 2 HDMIs and screen mirroring. Overall, great TV.

I have rated this tv at 4 stars but only because I am unsure of how to get the picture to "pop" just a little more. The size is great for our media room and is fun for all of us to watch

Definitely not a performance TV, however for the $580 price tag, you really can't beat it for such a large 4K UHD TV. If you're looking for something in a bedroom or kid's play room for them to play video games and such, this is perfect.

Great definition, awesome apps, lightweight. I could not be happier and would recommend to all.

OK, right off, a good TV, good picture, not as good as the QLED but given the price don't expect that. Developed a blur in the upper left quadrant during parts of movies that panned, then would snap back into focus. About 2 years after having gotten the Unit, it failed completely. Flashing black/grey no response to the remote (even with new batteries). BUT....it is under a protection plan, so back to Best Buy it goes for a swap out....Yay!!! In truth, have had almost not problems with Samsung TV's monitors or phones. I think this is just a one off.

Samsung has made a very good product. Great picture, as well as easy to use. Definitely enjoying!
