Worked well for 9 months and just quit working all the sudden. Working with samsung was not easy, waiting on replacement from best buy now.... i highly recommend taking a picture or writing down the model and serial number if your tv is mounted on the wall, if you have issues with the product you will need it before samsung will talk to you.

The remote is very sensitive but once you get used to it, it’s fine. The only thing I would like to see an improvement on is the volume of the speakers - the sound is not very powerful for the size of the tv. We decided to purchase a surround sound system & now it’s like being in a theater. Highly recommend this product!

Loveeee our new TV

The apps are easy to get to, but whenever we turn on the TV, our PlayStation turns on too. Not sure if that’s something with the TV or the PlayStation, but it’s never happened on our other TVs before. Other than that, we have it mounted and we love it.

Only worked for 2 years

Loved it when we first set it up (mounted on the wall). It is now June 2022 and the tv isn’t working. It turns on, but then nothing happens. It somewhat flickers and that’s about it. I am so disappointed that JUST over 2 years, and it stops working properly. $627…thought it would have lasted longer.
