Sooooo happy with the delivery and the gentlemen who helped my Mom. I got a call ahead of time from Andrew (who was making the delivery) and he read my note about this being a gift for my mom. He read into it about making sure the install was done for my mom and he was wanting to make sure everything was good for her. So he told me about the install service and the GeekSquad protection. He brought the TV into her house and got it set up, hooked up, and helped us get her ready for her apps and called me to verify things. I am SUPER happy with how happy Andrew made my Mom by helping her understand the TV and showing her how to use the remote and he even went so far as to suggest a show my Mom might enjoy watching on Prime. He even favorites it for her so she could easily find it. I accept express enough thanks for the time Andrew took to make sure my Mom was set up and ready to enjoy her new TV especially since I couldn’t be there to help. She lives in NY and I live in VA... but Andrew made it feel like I was right there helping my Mom get right with her new TV. Thanks so much for employing such a kind and compassionate employee. He should really be recognized for his above and beyond service. Thank you for making this an amazing experience for our family!

Large vivid screen! Great tv and as expected for Samsung brand

I mounted this TV in a basement where I sit about 15 feet from the screen. The picture quality is good for a 60Hz TV. I’m not certain how good the speakers are because I use a soundbar.

I bought this TV for the price and size of it. Has great features. The only reason I gave it a 4stars is because it only has 2 HDMI PORTS. NOT HAPPY FOR THAT. BUT OVERALL, LIKE IT ALOT.

It was a great TV while it lasted. I bought this TV in April of 2020 and just a year and 8 months later, it's having issues. It turns off on it's own and one of the HDMI ports has gone out. From the get go I hated the remote control. It's not responsive at all, takes a huge amount of pressure to push the buttons and has no voice feature like my 50 inch of the same version in my bedroom. All in all I'd say to avoid this TV and try to find a better one.

Love this tv, great picture quality and ease of use.

I like this big TV for the price when on sale, but performance is pretty average. The picture quality is pretty decent but it performs poorly in a bright room. It has good black levels when watched in a dark room. But, the sun or reflections easily wash out the picture. The speakers are very poor. It definitely needs a sound bar or you won't even be able to hear it. Gave up on watching a movie before we added a sound bar because I just couldn't understand the dialogue since it doesn't get loud enough.

I love my 70' and the picture is amazing. The quality is wonderful
