Crystal clear resolution sound bar will not connect to tv via blue tooth but you can use a optical audio cord instead over all great addition to my home theater

Great tv made easy to acquire by the Best Buy Curbside Pickup. Enjoyed all the extras that came with purchase. The free delivery made the process that much easier.

This is my first Samsung TV and will not consider this brand in the future. 3 days after purchase had to call in a warranty service for TV not powering on in the morning. Samsung tech said it was a known issue and there is nothing they can do about it. Gave me special steps to power off in the evening for it to come on. I considered returning it but don't have an easy way to get it to Best Buy considering its size. Learned my lesson, don't buy Samsung.

This was an emergency buy during the quarantine my TV had died after five years. ( also a Samsung) I saw this 70 inch for a good price and it was worth it.

TV does a great job serving its primary purpose. When streaming from my Mac Book I do seem to have connectivity issues. Only issue now is the power supply board appears to be gone after 16 months.

this tv has all the latest features. Easy to install and setup. There was no problems hanging it on the wall. I'm very happy with this product.

Thought I was gambling with buying an open box product,however I was pleasantly surprised to find no defects with the TV whatsoever.

Can’t get the updates apps like Disney plus and “smart tv” menu is sub par. For $600 it was a good purchase. Sometimes has issues with the screen. 5/10 of your wanting a decent TV.

this tv is amazing with a great 4k picture and easy to use apps all on one screen at the bottom. I do wish it had one or two more HDMI inputs.

Do to a mis-spelling of my name it took a while to get my account setup. The female clerk stayed with it until she got it straight.

Purchase this tv 4/23/20 by 12/12/20 the tv went out. Tried resetting nothing worked. Called Samsung since it was still within 1 year warranty. All I can say that was a nightmare. It took 3 weeks for Samsung and Best Buy to get it together to get me another tv. Although I like the picture quality I can’t afford to be buying a new tv every year. BEWARE I WAS TOLD THESE TVS ARE MADE WITH FAULTY PARTS. As a side note this is the 2nd tv I have purchased from BESTBUY that was defective within 1 year.

When i purchased this tv i thought it was the lasted version. It turned out it wasn't. Picture quality is not the best especially for someone like who likes his soccer games bright and lively

Favorite purchase for new home. Delivery was excellent! No issues, no problems. Setup was easy and now we never want to leave the bed!

Make sure to check the size of your entertainment center because the stand for the was almost too wide to fit mine. Great tv

Difficult to use since the TV and remote did NOT come with an owners manual or instructions.

Can't stay logged in to my Wi-Fi every couple I have to enter password for Wi-Fi last night I couldn't watch anything from Disney or CBS I was told to uninstall the apps and reinstall that did not work they told me there's a new update but I have to do it to USB from the computer the only problem is you can't get access to the USB port I would not buy this TV set again so Samsung is created a repair order I don't know what they're going to do for bad programming this is a tizen TV

Worked great for about a year then It just wouldnt turn back on funny right after the warranty was up too

It’s a great upgrade from our previous Samsung TV but we can’t ever watch Disney+ on it. It’s so frustrating because we’ve done everything right but it never loads. I don’t like that the apps are very limited.
