    Received this TV damaged (lines in one corner and darkened screen). Return process is exhausting dealing with geek squad. Several calls were made and with lengthy waiting time for connection. I pushed from person to person like a puppet. When calls were cut off no one returned the call. TV should be picked up by employees but they're fooling around because they want me to return it to a store. TV is too big to fit in my car. Why should I return it when they delivered it damaged?
