    first day hooked up will not go into full screen then when you tape a show it goes into full screen. then when im watching taped shows every once in a while the screen will not work right i freezes on commercials and i have to restart the show im watching it sucks. i bought 2 of them one for me and one for my sons home his works fine so far

    Purchased this TV October 2020 and the picture went out on 2022 Super Bowl Sunday. The tv kept turning off and on I had to unplug the tv to stop it from doing so. I called total tech only to find out this tv was no covered in my plan for some odd reason then I called Samsung and they stated my warranty expired November 2021. I had geek squad troubleshoot the tv to see if they can save it only for them to tell me the repairs will cost just much as a new tv smh. I’m very disappointed to say the least. If you plan on getting this tv make sure you have a good warranty and it extend it because the tv will go out. The quality of the picture was ok. Occasionally the picture will get blurry but it was ok when it worked. It’s honestly not worth it.
