The tv is ok all & all. Sometimes the picture is a lil blurry but it’s ok.

Picture quality could be better The colors aren’t that great The wifi disconnects a lot

Compared to the sharp TV I had before this TV can be a bit of a headache to be honest.

Just got this 4 months ago. Takes at least five minutes after turning on before it actually lets you open an app. Now also continues to say it cannot connect to Internet at least once or twice a week, meanwhile all over devices are able to connect no issue. Sad because i didnt purchase geek squad protection because i thought since the last flat screen i had for over 7 years had no issue i would be fine... well this is just like a phone or other new technology, now gotta see if there are any options for this...

Only have the Tv for two years. Woke up one morning, turn TV on and nothing. The screen was black. It worked perfectly the night before like always. Don’t have any idea what happened.

Doesn’t connect to apps good at all! Wouldn’t recommend

This tv lasted 14 months before it would just constantly restart. Took to tv repair shop and they said this is common with the newer Samsung’s - were unable to fix the problem. Will not be buying Samsung’s again.

It is a good product we usually buy Samsung and it did not disappoint .

I purchased this TV in October of 2020 and now it's August of 2022 in the TV no longer works I am so disappointed that I spent that much money now I have to trash this TV!

Best Buy just kept changing my delivery date without letting me know.

It went out after 14 Mo!!!!!!!!! Only had it for over a year just long enough for it not to be u fee warranty!! Best Buy talked us into getting Samsung after 2 TVs we bought had no sound.

Please DO NOT purchase this TV! The picture and sound went in a year. Samsung refuses to do anything about it, just giving me the run around since October even though they, themselves say it’s under warranty, then all of the sudden they say sorry it’s not under warranty and they expect me to just accept it. I’m not about to throw a $500 tv in the trash after a year and not be compensated with a replacement! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE SAMSUNG PRODUCTS AGAIN! Also read other reviews from others who purchased this same TV as me around the same time last year. they’re all having problems, there’s obviously some kind of defect with this tv and Samsung needs to acknowledge this!

Purchased the Samsung 70 inch on July 6th as a replacement for a Samsung 55 (owned since 2009). Delivered on July 10th and the sound started disappearing on day one and still occurs 10-15 times a day. Today, after 10 days of this issue, I visited BB and traded for a 65 inch series 8 and I found the staff to be VERY helpful but my suggestion is don't purchase this model.

Broke shortly after the warranty expired (1 year) and repair is almost as expensive as a new TV . We were told that it is a common issue with Samsung TVs.

For how much the Tv cost, it shouldn’t have stopped working on me less than two years of ownership. The tv has known issues of of bad capacitors and power supplies failing in the TV. Which I’m glad to have a protection plan, which I highly recommend getting. Out of warranty cost for bad Power supplies in capacitors is known to be up to 300 or more dollars which is observed since this is a common issue with these tv’s. Definitely search for either different model, or a whole other brand entirely.

This TV was an "Open Box" buy and I definitely know why. The TV is too dark it doesn't get brighter like my other tvs of the same brand. Now i know why it was brought back to the store.
