good, kind of lame it has two ports but decent value

I really can’t review the product because it didn’t work. Bestbuy did not offer anything for their terrible business. They delivered a broken T.V. After being on hold the first time for 2 hours they couldn’t do anything because their system was not updated. I was told to call the following day because their system would update. Nope. After being on hold for another hour only to be told system is not updated yet. Anyway long story short I got a new delivery date for a new T.V. Only to get an email at 10:30 at night the night before saying our T.V. Was not in stock and our new delivery would be 2 weeks later. We canceled the order because it was a horrible experience. Terrible terrible and I usually don’t write reviews.

It stopped working just as the 1 year warranty expired, but I guess it was good until then. Not worth the money, last Samsung tv I'll ever buy.

This TV has work fine until this last week.. It just went black and my power button keep blinking off and on.. I have tried everything they say to do but it’s still not coming on.. It’s not even 2 years old..

No issues with the TV but my experience actually obtaining the TV was horrible. So many issues best buy needs to get it together. Extremely inconvenient for me had to wait so long just a ton of bs. Not worth it. Will not be purchasing another TV from best buy

The TV sporadically stopped working after 1 year of use. It literally randomly flashes no matter what we do to try and fix it. Not worth the time or money.

Was a great tv for the firsts 6 or 7 months then all of a sudden a pink line running horizontally popped up and never went away thankfully it was still covered by the samsung warranty. They gave me store credit at best buy to buy another tv

I had this tv for 17 mos and it won’t turn on. Have nothing but a black screen and no one will attempt to fix it! Buyer Beware

Terrible Tv, not even 2 years and it died. After doing research, it seems like this is a known issue and happens on many of the same models.

This is the worst most glitchy TV ever!!! Extremely slow and laggy and sometimes the remote fails to control the unit!! Absolute hot piece of garbage don’t purchase for more than $1!!!!

Extremely disappointed, two year old tv and the screen is black. It turns on and off by its self but no picture , you can hear sounds of a what ever channel it is on but a black screen . Can’t turn it on with control . Tv is mounted and kids are grown so no they did it break it. Was working fine one night next morning turn it on and can’t watch it . Never had this problem.

This is the worst tv I have ever purchased, it will not remain connected to the internet and constantly refuses to connect or disconnect. I will never purchase another Samsung tv

Bought this a year and a half ago it won’t even turn on anymore. It hasn’t been moved or even touched in one and a half years and suddenly it just won’t turn on

Samsung tv will go into infinite power loop (turning on and off every 5 seconds) in less than 2 years of owning.

The only good thing about our purchase was the two guys that came to install the wall mount and TV for us, which we realized was an independent company used during busy times. The entire purchase and working through all the issues took about a month. We expected a good experience with Best Buy and it was not at all. We probably could have had a better experience buying a TV from Walmart and finding someone to help us install it. I was baffled by the incompetence over and over again with this purchase and the miscommunication of the Best Buy staff. I would say we will never make a purchase again fromBest Buy.

Less than 2 years old and the screen went black and needs replacing. No stock or ETA for replacement part. If you did not buy the extended warranty you need to buy new TV after less than 2 years. Samsung does not stand behind their products unless you pay more to get warranty to cover a subpar expensive product that doesn’t even last 2 years. Very disappointed and will never purchase Samsung products again.

It’s been a lot with this tv but I’ve finally accepted that I made a bad purchase. Starting off, certain screening apps on the tv doesn’t work on certain days. I know it’s the brand in itself because on my other screens the app would be working just fine. Lastly, the TV will no longer stay powered on. It comes on & immediately turns itself off. The one year warranty for this almost $700 tv was up less than 3 months ago, so there is nothing that could be done. A waste of money and time! I would not recommend.

The tv doesn't stay connected to the internet. We have to co stantrly reconnect to it. The picture quality isn't the best. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy this.
