Picture is blurry. Pay a little bit more and buy higher quality. Only 15 days return policy and you can return ONLY to the store. So you have to have a truck or van. I ended up keeping this TV ((( ugh....

Horrible experience. The TV has verticle lines through the bottom third of the Screen. The TV was boxed and not used until 2 weeks after delivery. BEST BUY refused to exchange. Complete nonsense, and horrible customer service. Call Samsung they say! Oh right as if that will work... terrible never buy anything from best buy again!

Well i used this tv 2years now. It working okay for before But screen keep turn on and off itself now Well LG is better than samsung i think…

The color is awful I expected a better quality, it’s the worse tv I’ve ever had my whole life.

Tv was defective after 3 months kept shutting off and on here and there tech had to fix it but now the volume goes out sometimes when switching hdmi junk tv

Messed up after a year. Screen went haywire. Warranty is only for one year so I’m screwed

Did not really care for the picture quality, it seemed as though the top of the screen was dark even after adjusting every setting. I wasn’t satisfied and had to return for an LG and it’s great!

Garbage. Stopped working - won’t turn on - just after a year (as soon as the warranty expired).

Had less than 2 years and now broken. Only watched on weekends so not overused. Very dissatisfied

Garbage. Constantly resets apps, especially Hulu. Sound cuts out constantly. Some shows are far too dark and you cannot make it brighter. And now today (purchased only 2 years ago) it has a blue/black screen flash, that I’ve googled and see other people having problems with, and am not seeing a solution for. I bought this specifically because it has, what I thought, was a good brand name and now I’ll never purchase a Samsung TV again.

Love my tv for the couple weeks I've had it. However, it started making a crackling noise behind the TV screen. I'm upset that I have to exchange it.

Another Samsung TV that broke after 2 years. I have sound but no picture. Disappointed!

It didnt even last 2 years. It started blinking on and off and now i have to buy another T.V.

Best buy refunded my purchase 5 days after I placed it because you oversold a TV that I purchased. I couldn’t reach anyone via phone or email to figure out what was going on, so I had to drive down to a local store in person to figure out that you cost me 5 days of being able to purchase a new TV on a black Friday Cyber monday deal, because you sold me a tv (debited the purchase from my bank account) and then canceled and refunded me 5 days later. I will keep buying through pretty much anyone other than you.

Tv has a line thru the center, both horizontally and vertical. If the movement of what you are watching is to fast, the tv can not keep up. Would not recommend this tv.

Mine went out after about 15 months. The warranty is only 12 months.

I was so excited to get all hooked up and mount to the wall. But after few weeks the picture start to darken. Left hand side of the tv fades and shadowing when watching sports or anything moving fast. But my return day have passed. What can I do? Spend that few extra money and get the better model one. At least you’ll get to see things clearly. It’s great size for the money but very bad picture quality.

Broke after 18 months. No support options. Just need to replace it.
