No good

Retuned it to store Aug 17, 2020, which was an especially easy process, thank you Best Buy. And purchased an LG 70 inch with good reviews but we’ll see how it goes....

Would not recommend, broken before it’s even two y

The first day it would switch on and off by itself, and now it won’t turn on at all. Thankfully I bought GeekSquad protection but they haven’t been easy to reach so still very unimpressed with the product. Would not recommend.

Had to return based on couldnt use the remote when they listed it came with one then i called customer support and they said we will give u a new one if u return so i said great and repackaged it up for return and when i got to the store they said sorry we dont do that and i said well f u i dont want it then pretty awful experience

BAD PURCHASE & BEST BUY DOESN'T CARE

Screen's black & it's evidently a MAJOR problem bc there's a plethora of complaints for the same issue online. Best part? Got the Geek Squad protection & had to wait a week for them to come THEN told it'll be another week for the part-which he said is "the panel". DO NOT BUY THIS TV WITHOUT RESEARCH! I've learned my lesson.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought it. Seems to be a common thing for it to stop working after 2 years!

Crap product, do NOT buy

Of course, out of warranty, but not sure it would matter, since I was told by 2 different repair shops that you can't get parts to fix it. Samsung could care less. They got my money, but it will be the last they ever get.
