    When the picture moves at all, 1/4 of the tv is off, so you can see the box in the tv. Doubt it can be fixed either...

    The television all of a sudden had a white spot in the top right corner and then the remote stopped responding, next the television started turning off and on by itself, I tried to factory reset, tried what I could find online besides opening the television, more trouble than it’s worth, very disappointed.

    Samsung had previously been one of my favorite brands. I purchased this TV and of course at 14 months the screen goes black and won't turn on. It flashes and goes right back to a black screen. Amazing how this happened 2 months after the manufacturer's warranty ends. Lesson learned.

    Tv has had issues turning on. Delays in showing picture. Now it doesnt show a picture at all. I onlyget sound. Samsung support said im out of warranty so i have to pay to get it fixed. I have three Vizeo tvs all over five years old and work perfectly. Samsung is the worst product ever!!

    Tv lasted less than 2 years. The tv tries to turn on but shuts off right away. I was told it wasn't worth fixing because it would cost to much. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for something that will last.

    While this TV worked, it was great. Recently the screen began to flicker (cycle on/off) on its own, turns out the screen needs replaced. Except the screens are on back order without an ETA and it would cost the price of a new television to replace. Would not recommend.

    Bought it 11/20/20 and its already quit working. Power supply burned out. Googled info about it and found out that many people have had the same issue with Samsung TVs. Its a problem that Samsung is aware of but still continues to make and sell the tvs like this anyway. Ill never buy another one.

    This tv broke after 2 years and only 2 months after the geek squad warranty ended. The TV would black out when playing video games. This tv was rarely used and yet, it managed to break. Do not buy.

    This TV was a great purchase until it completely died on us two years after our initial purchase. Similar to others the screen is black and will occasionally plays sounds from the channel it was left on. I would definitely purchase a different brand

    I exchanged a 70" Samsung for this 70" LG just because they didn't have the Samsung anymore, it came with a big crack on the screen but i kept it because if I exchanged it , would probably be another thing. This time I dislike the way both times it was something and sane with a fridge I bought dad it came with bumps. And I probably wouldn't get a discount for it.

    Worst product I ever get from Best Buy. It’s just stop working two days after two year of manufacture warranty. When I went to the Best Buy they say we can’t help you anything with that product you just have to garbage it. $700 in garbage …..

    I bought this TV in 2020 but didn’t mount it till Feb 2021. It worked fine until last week (June 2022) when it won’t turn on. The red light on the ON button randomly blinks and the screen flashes blue light but won’t turn on. Can I get help from Samsung TV?

    Died after a year. I will never buy a samsung TV again. After about a year i turned it off and now it just turns itself on and off for infinity. Tried all the quick fixes but its done. Never moved or touch the tv it sat in the same spot for a year and it died out of no where. Lesson learned.

    The TV has not functioned properly since installation. I have been on multiple chats with Best Buy and still no resolution. Also on hold multiple times on the phone for over 45 min. Purchasing the Geek Squad total support has been a waste of money. So, I still do not know if it is a TV issue or an installation issue.

    I’ve had this TV less than a year when all the screen started going dark significant issue with the backlight I’m told will cost 800 to fix it problem with even the age of it I only used it for probably three months as I’m a nurse in the middle of Covid I was never home

    The TV went out in under 2 years, I bought this TV in 1/2020 for the living room, we didn't use it frequently but the power supply is already out on the TV. The repair cost is about 50% of the original cost of the TV.
