Worst TV I have ever bought

I bought tv last year around the end of November, and it literary only lasted 1 year. The manufacturer's warranty expired a few days before it went out. They wanted up to 430 dollars to fix it.

Do Not Buy!!

Bought it November 2020 and now it does the same thing that all the other reviews say. Kind of turns on to a black screen, flickering red standy let, turns off, then starts the process over and over.

DONT BUY THIS TV!

A little over a year after getting it the tv’s top half of the screen went dark. I’ve owed Samsung TVs in the past and I never had any issues - don’t know why they’ve lowered the quality of their work over time. Consider getting another brand before you buy this.

Samsung TV breaking after 13 month.

Best Buy does not stand by their sales unless one buys the expensive warrantee so no more Best Buy for me.

Black screen in 12.5 months

The screen went black, flickers, and red power light flashes. Samsung told me to contact a local tech and was not able to give me a reason why the TV is no longer functioning.

The apps shut off after about an hour of having the TV on, I could not get a sound bar to connect, and today it finally quit turning on!

Be ready for disappointment

Connects. Less than 1 month happens two more times, two more resets. And now it fails to connect to wifi altogether. Let's see what customers service says.

Bad power supply just out of warranty

Just out of the year warranty the power supply has gone bad and of course after technician fees and parts I'd be paying just as much that I did for the TV. Ill stick with VIZO from now on.

And thankfully we had the extended warranty however it still took about 3 weeks total to finally get a replacement tv

Didn’t even have a year

Waste of money

One year warranty…that’s about how long this tv will last.

The smart features are useless - they freeze, crash, and refuse to connect every single day. I have to hard restart the TV probably 5 times a week. I would not recommend this TV to anyone.
