    I would like a replacement it’s getting worse. Most of the apps I installed have zero sound or it will just stop midway. Also the tv app doesn’t work. It works fine on my other Samsung

    I just didn't have enough time to return this tv, I would have. The picture quality is horrible. I have a Samsung tv from 2013 and the picture quality is way better than this tv and that tv is not ultra hd that this claims to be. Terrible

    This is a total piece of trash TV. I bought it a little over a year ago and the screen froze on me while trying to stream a video. Now the screen does not display anything. Waste of time and money.

    Purchased 11/19/2020 & 8/25/22nd TV is shot! It's only 21 months old & it won't turn on or send sound to the Bose system. Never again. Extremely disappointed.

    Samsung 70 “ tv I purchased in December of 2020 crapped out in October of 2022 very disappointed in Samsung product will not buy that brand anymore

    The sound continuously goes out, causing me to have to unplug the tv for a little while and plug it back in. The apps move slow, and continuously disconnects from the network.. my other TVs do not have this issue

    Bad tv had problem with sound output multiple times in 1 year, in 1.5 yr tv atopped working and now that its out of warranty, Samsung wont fix it as well.

    Tv has already broke after a little over a year of use. Don’t waste your money. Samsung is saying we have to pay $300 for their faulty product.

    DON’T BUY. Screen died about a year and a half after we bought it. We don’t watch that much tc . To replace the screen it cost almost as much as the tv...

    Bought this item plug it in to watch tv to find lines trough out the tv exchange it for another this time the screen was so dark in the middle had to bring back again this item is junk bought another brand

    Two months after the warranty expired, screens turned black and that was it. Expensive for one year of use.

    My TV barley made it 2 years before the panel went bad and the TV doesn’t work anymore! Not sure if I will go Samsung again

    Worked for less than a year couldnt be any less happy with this TV or best buy. Dont sell things that wont work a year later or at least replace them!

    We have had this TV since 02/2021. The screen has faded out over night. basically the TV is garbage now. And its out of warranty. would like Samsung to contact me

    This tv is garbage bought it ladt year gor cyber monday and yesteday on Thanksgiving it wouldnt turn on no power supply it says. I do not recommend at all

    THE TV LED internal light burned in this TV from normal use in LESS THAN 18 MONTHS , NOW SAMSUNG does not want to PROVIDE SUPPORT.

    I bought the tv got it home installed it on the wall, set it up and about two hours later the sound was gone had to unplug the tv in order to get the sound back on. Not happy with that at all

    Lasted almost a year until the screen went out. After waiting over a week to have Samsung replace the screen, they just decided to refund me.
