Most of the apps I installed have zero sound or it will just stop midway. Also the tv app doesn’t work. It works fine on my other Samsung

Horrible Picture Quality

The picture quality is horrible. I have a Samsung tv from 2013 and the picture quality is way better than this tv and that tv is not ultra hd that this claims to be. Terrible

I bought it a little over a year ago and the screen froze on me while trying to stream a video. Now the screen does not display anything. Waste of time and money.

21 months & it's dead

Paid too much for this performance

The apps move slow, and continuously disconnects from the network.. my other TVs do not have this issue

Sounds drops out while watching
