Best TV I have ever owned. Great Picture, easy to use, Love the Smart features

We really like the crisp picture and ease of use. Samsung's platform is very user friendly.

We have liked the TV so far. The only issue we find is that thing that happens with other Samsung TVs that we have at home which is that sometimes it loses internet connection and you have to reset it with the remote in order to retrieve connection again. The quality of the image is great and even though we have it with a surround system, the audio from the TV sounds really good.

Tv is easy to use and easy to install! It has a great picture and i live all the apps!!

This television was very nice and I very much liked the built-in Alexa option. Unfortunately, it was too large for the area where we wished to hang it in our family room. The Vesa holes were also positioned in a manner that it hung too high for our mount. Our television is positioned in front of an alcove over the fireplace and I had to purchase a ceiling mount. I wish this television would have worked. The picture was clear and this unit was on sale during a pre-Black Friday sale at a very good price.

Let me start off by saying that for years I have been a fan on LG TVs and accessories. That all changed this year with my first Samsung TV purchase. The picture quality is UNMATCHED. I have had NO issues with this Tv at all and I could not be happier. I even purchased a Samsung sound bar to go with it and I can tell you it’s a must have! If you are on the fence about this TV.....don’t hesitate. It is soo worth it!

The picture is high quality, the size is perfect. Everyone who has seen it is impressed.

The only issue I have is some over the air content is jittery. Almost like the picture keeps buffering about once a second. It only appears to happen for newer movies being broadcast on air. I think the issue is more likely more signal than the tuner can process if that makes sense. It has all the apps I wanted and works excellent.

We purchased the 75" 8 Series TV as an upgrade to our 65" (same model, purchased 2 yrs ago. It has a stunning picture and continues to be a terrific value... great bang for the buck. Plus it has some upgrades over our other set... for example, Apple TV functionality built in so we no longer need a separate Apple TV device! And the installers and services from Geek Squad were top notch.

Beautiful picture and great sound. But the setup is slow and clunky, the keypad screen basically fights you when you try to enter different letters, it seems to try to save steps and makes it take longer. Plus the tv apparently doesn't like certain apps, like Philo and it won't load them and you have to get creative to load them at all, we had to go through the internet setting to get it and then it has all the icons on the screen that don't fade after 5 seconds. Needs an update soon.

I got this because another brand TV failed I love this Samsung way better the smart system is great it was sung and play easy to set up all my goodies ps4 is great on this TV.As far as the sound its good but not great I hook it to a 5.1 receiver anyway .even tho the sound is not great it also doesn't suck so it get's a 5 star because the picture makes up for every thing...

Talking with the tech’s about the different TVs is exactly what I was looking for. He educated me on the differences and made our decision much easier. He also told me to be on the lookout for sales in the future on this item because the TV we chose was not on sale. Sure enough two weeks later it came on sale and I contacted the store and was refunded the price difference. Couldn’t be happier.

It’s the sweet spot between the low price TVs and the crazy high priced. Picture quality is worth the bump. Speakers sound great, has a solid bass. I will add an external sound system because I like loud rock. Can Bluetooth a headset for private listening.

This tv is easy to use and the picture is great. Overall, it’s an excellent tv!
