Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TV looks great but we had geek squad come and put it in well first off there was no manual for the tv second the geek squad did not calibrate me BOSe SoundTouch system ,they did not show my wife any of the features that are on the tv , like how to get to the apps ,how to use any of the smart tv features on the tv . My wife said they were like in a hurry, well not acceptable it was very poor service from the geek squad.
