The two guys sent we great. they arrived at 4pm and worked until 130 am. They will need to switch out one smart tv. Was very happy with these two and Michael Oniel has to bring out a missed TV and replace a broken TV out of the box. We have one more appointment to replace the 65 inch that will not connect to the internet

Salesman that sold me on this said he has the same one at home and that if any problems in relation with Picture would be that my from my cable provider and their band with. Well it's not my cable provider, it's the Samsung product, apparently all Samsung tvs have the judder problem, this thing can't handle movies from the 4k player without judder. Still thinking about returning it for another brand.

Thank you for choosing the Samsung TU8000 TV. If you notice blurring or juddering on the screen, you can try adjusting the Picture Clarity Settings function to improve your picture.
Go to: Home > Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings
- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
- Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
- Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.
