While watching a regular channel like CBS you can see a split second pause in the movement of the people. It’s almost like it’s not refreshing at a fast rate. I thought for a tv this size the refresh rate would be 240. I have to look again. Maybe I just haven’t adjusted my settings properly. Please advise anyone.

When you have an issue that only occurs with a certain app, you can try cold booting your TV, updating your TV's software, deleting and downloading the app again, and a completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue with the app.
