Not 120hz

The salesperson may have been confusing the specs with another television. Refresh rate does make a substantial difference in the pic quality. I did not do the research on this tv this the reason for 3 stars.

Either get the lower end model for no Alexa or glitch or upgrade for improved picture and processor. Samsung customer service has been useless.

We replaced a VIZIO that had severe digital burn with this Samsung and have been pleasantly surprised so far. The only snag we ran into was when mounting it. It did not come with its own screws to fit the mount like our other TVs have. Deducting a star for that. We love the Samsung guide tv feature though!
