Bad experience and wish I can replace it.

The sales person at Best Buy was knowledgeable about the product and definitely not high pressure. Delivery and installation couldn’t have gone any smoother.

However there is a lot of unnecessary applications Samsung makes you have on your homescreen. Wish we could delete a lot of it as it slows down the interface.

I Would like to see improvement or an update on the ambient mode it's a bit laggy/slow (internet speed of 150mbp) it is not a deal breaker since I don't use this feature much. No other issues. Great Tv

It's not going to be the quality of a $4000 75", but I'm not sure you would really notice the difference unless they were right next to each other. Feel confident buying this tv.

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
