    The representative did a good job of reviewing the products and provide insight however his attention/focus was at times in other areas. This may have been do to another customer or project but when you are with a customer stay focused on the person in front of you.

    Good quality picture but horrible very slow software, hangs all the time and generally very slow, the voice recognition and search doesn’t work properly. Bad experience and wish I can replace it.

    This television is more than I expected. The sales person at Best Buy was knowledgeable about the product and definitely not high pressure. Delivery and installation couldn’t have gone any smoother.

    I looooovvveeeee this TV! What a great value, with so many options. So happy with my purchase. I needed 2 tv’s, after buying this one I plan on buying another Samsung like this.

    Overall quality is great. However there is a lot of unnecessary applications Samsung makes you have on your homescreen. Wish we could delete a lot of it as it slows down the interface.

    We could find exactly the size and quality of TV set we were looking for. We got a good support from the BB staff. The installation was easy and we are enjoying this TV set a lot.

    I've had this TV for about a month. I Would like to see improvement or an update on the ambient mode it's a bit laggy/slow (internet speed of 150mbp) it is not a deal breaker since I don't use this feature much. No other issues. Great Tv

    For the money it's hard to argue...it's worth it. It's not going to be the quality of a $4000 75", but I'm not sure you would really notice the difference unless they were right next to each other. Feel confident buying this tv.

    Awesome TV! Thinner than I thought and looks fantastic on our living room wall. Display is great and menu's seem a bit smoother than our previous Samsung TV.

    Overall I am satisfied with this TV. The only negative I have is that the Amazon Prime app seems to frequently display an error.

    Great TV but picture can be a little on the dark when auto brightness is enabled. The Smart aspects are well done and performant. A large TV at a good value.

    The TV is great, but after a week, the remote is difficult to use. It won't change channels easily. Changed batteries and still not properly functioning.

      To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care

      This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

      Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

    Great tv I like it a lot. The reason is you can download your own apps you want. Unlike Vizio that forces you to use the apps they already have.
