Meh
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Image quality looks nice. Reliability seems to be an issue. I bought 10 of theses (22 now) total through Best Buy Business, and 2 stopped working. 1 was immediate. Half the color on the screen went out. The other one stopped working after a day. No image on screen but could hear audio and see the backlight from the TV. When they work, it's a nice TV.

Good picture, but...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Has a nice picture and is a sturdy TV aka heavy. The first one was cracked when I got it home. The second one worked for a couple of days and started developing purple lines in the screen. Returned again and replaced with a Sony. No issues with the Sony.

Huge gray bars appeared within 10 months
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Big disappointment, huge gray lines appeared within 11 months. Samsung said it was an update issue. I updated the firmware, still the lines. I called back and they said the warranty expired. I explained that I made the trouble ticket before the warranty expired - a couple of days prior- they would not honor it. We had to give the 2K TV away for free. We will never purchase a Samsung item again.

disappointing
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Screen went out at 3 years. First one purchased screen went out within 1st year and was covered by portection plan. This time protection plan is expired. For price I would expect to get a longer life from the product

Samsung is not who I thought they were!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will not be buying another Samsung TV again. We have had this TV for just under 2 years when we noticed the dark shadows coming through the middle of the TV. If you spend $2000 on a TV you expect it to last several years not 1 1/2. This is my first and last experience with Samsung. After reading some recent reviews this seems to be a common trend with Samsung! Very Disappointed! Buyer be ware! Multiple issues
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The only reason I give this unit 2 stars is the Samsung team standing behind their product. They’ve been wonderful to deal with on a less than desirable product.

Overall Great TV and Purchase
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to upgrade my visual experience in the great room and I had the 65 inch Samsung there and was pleased so decided to stick with Samsung; put the 65er in the master bedroom. This 75er TV has a great picture and easy to use. I decided to buy the sound bar that just went on sale at $149 instead of the $349 price and got TV for $1,499 sale. Sound bar with the bluetooth subwoofer is great when place at opposite side of the room(I put subwoofer it in the back of room). I had Best Buy install and they did a great job setting it all up and making sure both TV's were working fine. I saw a lot of comments bout the HDR option, the installers who is a contract installer and has his own audio install company recommended that I do not use the HDR cause it makes the white like a cream white and not crisp and the black is over compensated so I stuck with his opinion and opted not to use it, but it was useful input from them. I've been using the TV and playing around with it and all simple and looks great in the great room. I highly recommend this TV if you're not a gamer looking for some fancier upgrades yet looking for a great quality picture at a reasonable price and get the sound bar especially now at the $149 cost.

Turned off after a year and a half
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was talking to a salesman at Best Buy and he said don't have if fixed because it is one they build around the Holidays with cheap parts. (I wish someone would have told me that before spending 1600 bucks on it. I've had flat screens that name brands are famous for Toasters and have no problem with them. I buy a Samsung and the TV dies.

One big problem
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After spending nearly twice I had originally planned to spend, I'm extremely upset as my brand new smart tv does not connect to the internet. I've spent over 4 hours on the phone with numerous people including Samsung and direct tv. Extremely disappointing.

Don't buy Samsung TVs.
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Piece of garbage. Two years in and there are black vertical lines on any picture of say clouds or a soccer field. And shows that are a little dark like The Mandalorian are unwatchable.

Blue spots
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After 2 1/2 yrs. blue spots started showing on screen and manufacturer and Best Buy will not fix or replace unless it’s under warranty. I will not be buying Samsung Electronics again.
