Always turns on to nothing and you have to press home button to start to look for cable etc. Also loads of ads where the apps I chose should be. Samsung is not what it used to be. Remote control is horrible, anyone could have designed something better. most used buttons are on the bottom and tiny. No reason why they couldn't have made a smart remote for the money.

The sound left a lot to desire so I picked up a soundbar and the picture was decent, but not as good as my 6 series TCLs. 2 months went by and the screen cracked from moving it on the swivel. Samsung wouldn't stand by the product so I was out all that money. Can't recommend their products to anyone, especially a tv as fragile as this one. Do yourself a favor and grab the TCL 6 Series 75". It's what I replaced this with and its so much better.

Hdmi cec issues , causing sound to come out off tv and rcvr. You have to unplug. Works when it wants to with google home. Picture is ok for 4k

I’d like to see a more functional tv at this cost and from this manufacturer.
