The NU&100 TV does provide multiple options of changing your picture size and position.
To change the ratio of the picture displayed on the screen, please go to: Home> Settings > Picture > Picture Size Settings >Picture Size
There you will be able to choose from 16:9 Standard,4:3 or Custom
To fit the picture to the screen, go to: Home> Settings > Picture > Picture Size Settings > Fit to Screen.
You can also adjust the picture size and position to your liking by setting the Picture Size to Custom, and then adjust it under Home> Settings > Picture > Picture Size Settings > Zoom and Position.

2 issues with 6months purchase

I've had issues casting to the TV from my Android phone still do from time to time I have to restart the tv for it to cast. I've had Samsung and geek squad to come out and place main board and reset the tv. This smells like getting what you pay for. Is deal truely a deal.

The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer the signal is to 4K, the better it will look coming out. It is also designed with lots of custom settings, allowing users to adjust images to their liking.

Bad quality

EXTREMELY BAD MOTION AND VERY BLURRY. Do some research and upgrade to the VIZIO P SERIES. Amazing picture and motion. For a little extra. I returned this the same day.

Thought would be much better

Terrible Smart TV

This smart TV wouldn't hook up to my phone or computer. For this proce I could have bought a TV tha had the same qualities minus the smart for a cheaper price. I dont recommend, I exchanged it for the 2018 version. It works and it's great!
