I decided to upgrade onto a Samsung Q80. Previously, we had a Sony 4k, but took my time, did some research and continued to compare this to the Z9F. Initially, brought the Z9F home, but the stutter and the contrast drove me nuts. Contemplated on returning it there after. Went to my buddy's house that same weekend, since he owned the Q80. It only took minutes for me to notice distinctions. It's contrast made viewing angles cleaner and "Auto Motion Plus" solved the stutter. I decided to go a step up to 75", since I know I won't be purchasing a TV any time soon. Also, I just made a transition to mount it (in a naturally lighted room) and the reflection is not bad either. Overall, it's picture is excellent and I feel at ease with the decision.

We wanted a bigger TV. What we got is amazing. The picture quality isn't just unbelievable, it makes you feel like you are in the scene. The remote control and user menus are easy and intuitive to use. The sound quality is better than would be expected from such a thin unit. We will however be adding a soundbar later to complete the experience. If you can afford the price tag, and you enjoy quality I would definitely recommend you check this one out.

Great picture when watching 4K. I saw some pixelation/motion issues on some video games that I was playing. It wasn't all the time but when the action got really fast I could see it around the edges of the character. Lower quality video looks terrible. I didn't this on my older 1080p TV but this TV does not seem to be able to upgrade the image. It may be due to the size (75"). I was forced to upgrade Netflix and pay more. All in all, I love the high quality images on high quality transmissions. I hate lower quality streams. I am also a little disappointed in the motion on video games. I may try better HDMI cords or see if there are different settings.

I bought this on black Friday for $2300 with an extra $200 off the soundbar. I went from a non-smart TV to this AMAZING TV and couldn't be happier, well maybe in an 82 or 85 inch TV. But, overall, it was easy to install and connect other wires and soundbar. Picture quality is awesome and when all the lights are off, I truly feel like im in a movie theater! Great quality for a a steal!

Love this TV. Has great black darkness and a very clean picture. For a 75 inch TV this does really well with sports. There can be a little bit of streaking with basketball dribbling, passing and the hockey puck but for the price its a really great TV. Hard to not notice those things with a TV this size.

I'm super happy with this TV! I got it for my birthday from my wife (with my money, if your married you understand how that goes haha) best present I've recieved yet and was able to enjoy it with family and friends throughout the holidays. Picture quality is amazing and we have a BRIGHT livingroom. Sound is weak, so recommend a sound bar.

Bought the TV in time for the Super Bowl, all guests thoroughly enjoyed the picture from multiple angles. It was easy to set up. Wish it came with a paper product manual book. The extra speakers in this upgraded model have allowed me to stop using my sound bar. Have to figure how to keep the voice control from activating from the TV sound, not me.

Have had this tv for about three weeks. I found the set-up very easy and have had no issues . The picture is out of this world. I was initially interested in a OLED ,but the price and the fact of possible "burn-in" swayed me to the QLED. I an so HAPPY that i did, Watched my first football game on last night. WOW!!! Will recommend this set to all my friends. 5 STAR

Great picture super easy to use great smart feature!

Our last TV was a first generation Smart Samsung plasma. It became obsolete literally overnight. So we wanted a TV that the technology wasn't going to fade away so fast. We found it with the Q80 Samsung. It is an awesome TV . Super easy to set up and it comes with more bells and whistles than I could imagine.

I have both the LG OLED and this QLED. Dollar for dollar, the Samsung is the better deal. Apples to apples, the LG wins but it’s not enough to warrant the drastic price difference. Like most people, I love deep, rich colors and clear images while watching sports and movies. The Samsung does not disappoint !!

Bought this to replace a 70" Samsung that got broken by kids. Splurged a little bit going to the Q80 series, but worth it in my opinion. The picture quality ia great, it's easy to navigate the options and even has good sound ( although I primarily use my Sonos surround sound when watching).

I was debating on OLED or this particular TV and I’m glad I went with this. It’s really great for my bright room and as little to no glare. The blacks are great and the brighter setting doesn’t wash out colors. I’m so glad I went with this TV. OLED is nice and this is of equal quality.

What a great purchase! The clarity and ease of use is amazing. The staff was also great on helping me pick out an amazing tv for my house. Had a difficult time deciding between a smaller Q90 or getting a bigger Q80. I'm glad they directed me to the bigger Q80 instead.

Best TV I've owned- it's a perfect size for my large living room, anti-glare makes the screen easily seen even with lots of windows, it integrates seamlessly with the Samsung soundbar, and has a good remote with quick access to Netflix / amazon / Hulu.

Got this for my living room and it is awesome. Picture quality and sound is great. I’ll be getting a sound bar system to make it complete but the tv is great. Come Pre loaded with all streaming apps and very easy to use. Great tv !

We love this TV! Picture is very sharp and the colors are vibrant. Te only word of caution I would give is know the volume on this TV is not the strongest. We ended up buying a surround sound system and now everything is working well.

I picked the Q80 over the Q90 and the LG OLED. There was not an important difference from the Q90 for the +$1,300 and for the ~2x price difference I could not justify the comparable LG OLED model. The price of the Q80 dropped a couple of weeks after I purchased. Since I am an elite member the 15 day return is extended to 30 and Best Buy refunded the $500 difference with a quick and easy IM. For this price this is the best top of the line tv currently. Samsungs menus are easy to use and they have an app for my local cable provider. The picture is amazing.

We decided to purchase this tv after doing research. We settled on this one due to the price and reviews. We are not disappointed! It has an excellent picture and easy to use interface. Definitely the best tv I’ve owned!
