Problems day 1

Left quickly. Setup wasn't too bad, instructions stamped on box. Plugged in followed screen prompts. After setup started noticing jagged fast motions, as with football games. Checked software updates. Picture not in sync with speech. Alexa app 2 hours behind, could not change. Called BB, on hold 27 minutes. Phillipines said call Samsung. Samsung 3rd party techs came a week and half late. Replaced mother board in back and left quickly. Back through setups NO CHANGE. Jagged pic. speech not in sync, now more apps not functioning. Called BB again, Phillipines said I had to go to store where purchased. Local store not taking calls and transferred to Phillipines customer support. They said must go to local store. May update this review or return new TV.

Thank you for choosing Samsung's QN90A Neo QLED TV and for sharing your experience. You may also want to consider providing feedback directly to the Best Buy store where you made your purchase. We appreciate your feedback regarding audio delays. Please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1560.5 (released 7/1/21) which includes updates to address lip sync or audio delays that you are experiencing. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings
- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
- Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
- Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.
If your apps are freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue.
Additionally, to optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.
This improves your apps performance as it frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
You can download the QN90A TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website by clicking "Support" > "Manuals & Software" > "TVs & Home Theater" > "TVs". From there, you can select the QN90A under "Samsung Neo QLED 4K" > "A Model Lineup".
