This seemed to really confuse the 3rd party installers. They said they coukd not install the One Connect box up behind tge TV on the wall. This then resulted in many calls and trips from Geek Squad until the One Connect box was put up behind the TV on the wall. Make sure if the Geek Squad is going do the install, they dont use a 3rd party to do the install. Then you will be able to enjoy your fantastic TV sooner!
