Nobody has been able to fix this ---- not Verizon, not Samsung, not BestBuy. Might try adding a soundbar to see if that works. Never had a tv where the voice and picture are out of sync. Wanted to upgrade. Would have given this tv 5 stars if it was working properly. Can't recommend a tv that doesn't work right, that nobody can fix.

Please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1805.4 which includes updates to address lip sync or audio delays that you are experiencing.
