Best Buy worked with us to return the 65" when the newest greatest 75" came in. They sent information regarding the updated version. Set up an appointment to return the older version and bring the new one out. They took the older model down and set up the newest one in about an hour and a half. They agents were professional at all times. They reprogrammed the TV and remote. We are extremely happy.

Looked amazing for 4k content and video games, but terrible for TV. Our old Samsung curve that was almost 10 years old looked better. Returned it and upgraded to the Samsung 75” QN90 and so happy we did! Looks amazing from ALL sources. Amazing product.

The picture is great and bright. The one thing I did notice though was that if you had a lamp at a side angle on the screen it creates a trail light that crosses the whole screen in a line. Not a big deal but it’s the anti reflection. I’m overall happy with the tv

The control settings are good with the exception of the audio. I stream all my video through an Amazon FireStick, and without audio leveling on the firestick, the Samsung was difficult to watch. It amplifies music and sound effects while leaving dialog at a lower level. This is okay for weekend movies, but trying to watch a late night show without waking the entire house is impossible. Another annoyance is the grayed out, unusable items in the settings menu. Why show an equalizer setting if it can't be used? Over all, it's a 4 out of 5 due to some annoyances. The picture is great, and from what I've read and been told, I should see screen burn like the LG OLED now sitting in my garage.

If a menu setting is grayed out, this does not indicate that something is wrong with your TV. It just means that a function or certain settings are not available based on the current source, settings, or connections. For example, some options may be grayed out if you are currently watching content from an app or external device. Long press the 'Return' key on your remote to exit the program you are in and go back to the menu - all settings should now be available.

So if you wanted put it in a dark room, you would have no issue. Second, I haven’t seen any blooming issues which plagued the last year’s model (90t). 3rd, the picture is jaw dropping. The colors pop and everything has so much detail. My only critique of this TV is the remote. It’s a little quirky, but I’m just getting use to it.

Finally, my wife approved and thanked me for this purchase. We changed from Sony x85j to Vizio M series to finally, this high end Neo Qled TV. Thanks to Best Buy Geek Squad's help in mounting and un mounting it 3 times. One of the best TV at mid price range ($2000 to $3000). The 60W sound, 3 up and 3 down firing speakers work great.

Approximately 95% of what I view is streamed. Great picture and sound. I am glad I put the extra $$ into the TV rather than adding a sound bar. My home has many windows and only white venetian blinds. Even with the blinds completely closed I do see reflections on the screen until the sun sets.

Before I got the QN90A, I had the same soundbar connected to an LG C9 -- I never had a single issue EVER. I was interested in trying the Q Symphony sync to leverage the TV's audio in conjunction with the soundbar's audio. I have sound drops with frequency now. I will go to start a show (via the newest Apple TV 4k, for example) and the show will start with no sound. If I exit the app and go back in, sometimes the show will have sound, but sometimes it wont. All my firmware is updated on all devices. This TV has earc issues. I was already feeling like I didn't love this TV's interface, and I was irritated that it didn't support dolby vision, but I was going to look the other way because I was going to get a bright screen with a great picture. That part was true.... but this earc issue? Probably going to be a deal breaker. Sigh.

Thank you for your review of the QN90A Neo QLED TV and for sharing your details of your sound cutting out. Audio drop outs when connected via HDMI indicates it is mostly likely the HDMI cable. Replace the HDMI cable with a High Speed cable with Ethernet Channel, sometimes called HDMI HEC cable. Keep in mind this recommendation will apply to 2021 TV models since this year we support eARC which requires the use of the new high speed cables.
Please know that our 2021 TVs do have an audio Pass-Through feature. This feature allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external Soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external Soundbar or receiver then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which can result in audio delays.
On your TV go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through
