The first one developed a vertical and horizontal line on the screen after just 3 months. The really irritating thing is Samsung is taking 2 months to get me a refund. They were supposed to send a replacement but it took them 10 days to tell me they didn’t have the correct TV in their warehouse. I’ve waited over 2 weeks to hear from the trucking company to pick up the defective TV and now it’s another week to ten days to get the check after they pick up the TV. Pathetic customer service.

Paired this with Samsung soundbar and my TV looks and sounds great. If you get a Samsung TV also get a Samsung soundbar as they work great together. Can’t go wrong with Samsung brand at this price.
