    Love the tv. Frustrated with the limited audio outlets. Frustrated more with customer service from Best Buy. Tried getting help on the phone, then came to the store and paid $50 on a useless hdmi to rca adapter that a unwilling employee suggested. Obvious sales is bust buys priority. Used car sales feel... a month later and still frustrated.

    Easy remote and great picture. No more comments but this stupid thing seems to want more characters than what I had to say. I hope I win the 400 prize

    But the Samsung soundbar it’s really terrible it,sounded ok at first but the subwoofer sucks it turns off every little while

    I love this smart TV. It has everything I'm looking for. I switch from a Roku tv TCL and now this Samsung Smart TV. Very surprised for the price I paid for. Fits my gaming consoles and every streaming services at a daily use.
