The tv itself was junk. Couldn’t add any apps to the Home Screen just what was already pre installed. The WiFi connection didn’t work, had to hard wire it and still barely function properly. So returned it for a different brand tv. Samsung is junk honestly, definitely a lemon of a tv.

Best Buy had no problem delivering me a brand new TV to replace the one I just bought as well as took the old one back very satisfied with that great customer service.
