Absolutely terrible service ipad for wall mount not only did gentleman make us purchase an additional one said the one we bought wasn’t strong enough he installed tv and left the four screws exposed through wall on other side completely mind blow when called to have agent come back I was ignored and sent to another claim company that takes forever to fix after send photos and videos Ezra was the agent who was supposed to come back and redo order never did and they gave me a 50 gift card to try and shut me up . Screws still exposed. Onhelp ever came last time I’ll ever shop wit Bestbuy pls reach out to my number on profile and help this situation

Great price for a 75 inche tv and deliverie on time

My old, smaller TV broke and I thought I'd get the same size. I originally thought a 75" would be too big. But now that I moved up to that size, it's great! Got a Samsung because I think you can always count on them to produce quality TV's.

This is a good TV but needs more input/output availability. I'm guessing that's why this particular model is now discontinued. It has a nice, clear picture. Sound is decent but better with a sound bar. Good TV for the price

I love the tv but idk if it’s the remote or tv but when you flip down on the tv guide it skips a few times. Love that it knows that when the PlayStation 5 is on it turns to the game. I also like you can use the remote with the PlayStation 5 you can you to watch movies and not use the PlayStation remote

Excellente Television. Great picture great options for setup but, unfortunately, only one hdmi port

Tgis was a Christmas Gift for my daughter. She loves it.. perfect size and the picture is brilliant.

I bought this TV from Best Buy after comparing several models, and it did not disappoint. The picture quality is excellent, especially for watching movies and sports. The colors are bright, and the clarity is amazing. Setup was very easy, and the smart TV apps load fast. The remote is simple to use, and the sound quality is decent even without a soundbar. Best Buy’s staff was helpful, and pickup was smooth. Overall, this TV is worth the money, and I highly recommend it.

The purchase started out a little shakey with a delivery SNAFU. After 6 phone calls and 6 different runaround answers, I finally spoke with the store manager who straightened things out and sent the geek squad A team who did a great job mounting it and setting it all up. They were professional, friendly and knew their stuff. A+ to the New Hartford store manager, A+ to the geek squad, and we love the TV. The picture is beautiful and we've had no problems.

Great tv for the price nice 4k upscale and sound is mid rage quality downside needed a new soundbar HDMI ark only output honestly would have purchased the 75” Class Q6F Series QLED 4K for $599.99 that is currently on sale at best buy had I known it was going on sale. Literally a$150 difference.

Bought this TV on a whim. Great picture quality. My husband was very excited to watch his sports on a 75 in vs. the 55 in. that we previously had. Lets hope that this one lasts 10 years like the last one :)
