The first one developed a vertical and horizontal line on the screen after just 3 months. The really irritating thing is Samsung is taking 2 months to get me a refund. They were supposed to send a replacement but it took them 10 days to tell me they didn’t have the correct TV in their warehouse. I’ve waited over 2 weeks to hear from the trucking company to pick up the defective TV and now it’s another week to ten days to get the check after they pick up the TV. Pathetic customer service.

I have a 55 inch Samsung and notice many delays on menu but nothing bad, this TV is way smoother compared my 55. Would highly recommend for any living room or home theater.
