Absolutely the best TV for this application. I used to deal with constant glare in our family room. Now, we have no glare and a perfect picture. What more could you ask for?

Absolutely unacceptable. I purchased this TV just six months ago, and it has already completely failed. It won’t turn on after 300 hours of use. For a product this expensive, that’s beyond disappointing. What’s worse is the lack of support from Best Buy and Geek Squad. I expected real help, especially as a Total Rewards member, but instead I was told to deal with the manufacturer myself.
I’ve always trusted Best Buy for quality products and service, but this experience has completely changed that. If this is how customers are treated after spending thousands of dollars, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I will not be recommending this TV or Best Buy to anyone

Looks great in the sunlight. I thought the Oled would be compromised by the Matte surface, but it's not.

By far the best TV I have ever purchased. No glare.
Perfect picture. Best Buy experience was first class.
Thanks to all the Best Buy employees who helped a novice get the most for my money. I will be back.

Trash TV and Service Samsung/BestBuy shame on you

Oneconnect box died 2X in 6 months. Bestbuy no help nor samsung. Both point me the other way. Service stinks all around. Samsung wants to repair every 90 days until waranty is out. Meanwhile I pay $250 each service to have the TV taken down, then put back up as they will not service it on the telescoping mount above mantle on wall. I can tell the plan from Samsung is to keep repairing every 90 days until the waranty runs out, then it's my issue. Neither BestBuy or Samsung takes ownership. Thanks!
