    Excellent TV. The sales person did an excellent job of explaining the differences between OLED and QLED. This amazing monitor is truly glare free. Best kept secret!

    Didn’t get a chance to see this product. Needed to change delivery and install date. Order needed to be canceled due to going out of town. Will need to see about repurchasing theses items.

    The TV itself is great! Exactly what I was looking for. Perfect anti glare for my sunlit room. But I am NOT buying an open box TV from Best Buy again. I picked up this TV which was sold as open box good condition. After reaching home, I opened the box to find out the external box not connecting the tv. Turns out it was not for the same tv. Btw, the remote was missing too. I took the box back to Best Buy and they asked me to bring the whole tv back so that they can exchange the whole tv with another open box. I somehow got the whole tv back only only to find out that they will only give me the box from the other tv and not exchange the tv itself. Then why did they ask me to bring back the whole tv? Also later on I realize that the stand was also missing a part. Like I said, good tv but bad experience with Best Buy open box deal.

    Absolutely unacceptable. I purchased this TV just six months ago, and it has already completely failed. It won’t turn on after 300 hours of use. For a product this expensive, that’s beyond disappointing. What’s worse is the lack of support from Best Buy and Geek Squad. I expected real help, especially as a Total Rewards member, but instead I was told to deal with the manufacturer myself. I’ve always trusted Best Buy for quality products and service, but this experience has completely changed that. If this is how customers are treated after spending thousands of dollars, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I will not be recommending this TV or Best Buy to anyone

    As much as I love this TV, I cannot recommend it. We are now in warranty coverage with Samsung for our second of these TVs. The first one had the power supply in the one connect box die after just a couple weeks. Bestbuy replaced it, and after only 6 months, this one died as well. Same one-connect box. I would exchange it for another brand, but at this point i it’s past Best Buy’s exchange-refund period, so we are waiting for Samsung to come out and attempt a repair…. Stay away. Perhaps the newer model has a better power supply? Don’t know.

    Amazing tv, no glare when watching. The added benefit of the control panel and cables is in a box in the front saves time adding hdmi to the tv.
