    Everything from the purchase to the delivery was great. The TV Doesn't have the the picture quality we had hoped for however, for the price.

    Purchased TV three weeks ago and already stopped working. Luckily was still within 60 day return policy and returned it. Wasted my time installing, removing, reinstalling of which Best Buy would not offer any help with fixing the problem unless the tv was removed and returned back to the store.

    Bought this in the beginning of April. Great while it lasted. This TV is dead! Completely dead for nonreason. Tried everything. Samsung is coming out to try and repair it. They wont be able to but they still will take time trying to. Refund me or replace the tv. Spent so much money just for this to happen. They should stop sales of the TV while they figure it out.

    Samsung Issues

    The picture is amazing but it went completely dead in 2 weeks. BB replaced it with a new TV without any issues but...the second TV also went dead in two weeks. I decided to go with the 2024 S90D as it doesn't have that control box. I was told Samsung is having issues with those.

    Worst sports TV I have ever owned

    If you watch sports stay far away from this TV. The quality is terrible, its blurry with jidder all the time. And yes, I have tried every setting available. And no, the anti glare screen has nothing to do with it. The TV cannot keep up with fast moving objects, uts as simple as that. You literally cannot watch basketball on this TV. NFL broadcasts via ESPN app are "watchable". I have changed nothing aside from the TV, the picture issues are 100% due to this television. I use Roku and an HD antenna. My 2020 Samsung far exceeds the picture quality of this TV for sports and tv with fast moving objects. If you watch movies this TV is amazing. Again, if you watch sports stay away from this television.

      We appreciate your thoughts on the picture quality of Samsung’s S95D TV. If the image you’re seeing isn’t to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to adjust.

      Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

    I've only had my TV for 2 months. It has died. Samsung is suppose to send a repair man out. I'm waiting for the call to make the appt. When I spend $4000 on a TV I expect it to last for years, not 2 months. The TV that was replaced is 15 years old and a Samsung and is still working. Guess they definitely don't make them like they used to. I'm extremely upset!!! Regretting this purchase.

    TV is awesome; picture clarity is great; very happy with the TV Disappointed the price has been reduced dramatically and we were not able to recover all of the changes even though we are a best buy member

    Good TV have enjoyed it so far. Went up in size and am happy I did. Doesn’t feel 12” bigger than last. You have to get used to the colors. I will play with the color options more to get the right settings. Overal a good TV. A pain as far as using the remote may need to bring dish out so they can fix it.

    I paid over $4000 and 11 months broke. Best Buy said they can’t do nothing because it is on the Samsung warranty. To contact the Samsung it is a very bad customer support. You waiting until someone text you and in conversation the support person doesn’t answer any more and you all again and waiting hours and nobody answers. You pay a lot money and no support from Samsung or Best Buy where I pay my yearly membership.

    S95D Buyers Beware

    Your take a risk with a S95D purchase. The OneConnect box that powers the TV now has a history of being defective causing the Unit you permanently lose power months after purchase. Google “S95D no power”. These are all new TV’s purchases on and after Black Friday 2024. As March 2025, Samsung no longer has the S95D OneConnect box (SOC5003D) available as a repair part for their flag ship TV, and there is no alternative unit for repair. After 6 weeks of dealing with their reapir folks, they are reimbursing my purchase.
