    Good TV have enjoyed it so far. Went up in size and am happy I did. Doesn’t feel 12” bigger than last. You have to get used to the colors. I will play with the color options more to get the right settings. Overal a good TV. A pain as far as using the remote may need to bring dish out so they can fix it.

    Loved the tv but it only lasted about a year. Worked perfectly one day then the next day it had no power, picture, and needed to be replaced.

    Jonathan was superb - explaining the difference between models of TV’s/ pricing and trying to get us the lowest possible price. Jimmy Nunez managing made everything move smoothly and got us the best but credit card! Both men were tremendous assets

    I went in several times to look at different televisions. Decided on the matte finish. Dre was so helpful and very patient every-time I was there. Love shopping at Best Buy.

    Excellent TV. No glare at all. If you have a bright room with a lot of windows. This tv is your salvation. We no longer have issues with watching any shows during daylight.

    Purchased this TV roughly 2 months ago and it has already completely died and tripped the electrical breaker. Best Buy would not allow me to return the TV as I am now outside of the return window. Opened a service ticket with Samsung but it just keeps getting reassigned. At this point I just want my money back so I can go buy a different brand but Samsung is making even that impossible. I paid way too much money for a literal piece of trash. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

    I purchased this tv in December of 2024. In February of 2025 the power supply went out. I had it replaced and once again the the same thing has happened. Only this time I’m outside the 60 day return policy, so now I have to go through Samsung for the warranty repair/replacement. Best Buy/Geek Squad is of no help.

    This was a replacement for the first television that stopped working after 6 weeks. The second one stopped working after 4 weeks. Both times it just wouldn’t turn on anymore. It is being returned and replaced with another brand.

    Junk! Failed 2nd time in March. Bought in Oct. The "brain box" is dead as a hammer again. 2nd in 6 months! Total crap. Samsung wants me to wait another 2 weeks for service that is unlikely to solve the problem. I have now lost 3 weeks of a very expensive tv in less than 6 months! JUNK. Samsung "Support" is crap. Defer, delay and deny. Not customer service.

    It worked for FOUR days. Need I say more?!? However, I will say that the Geek Squad, Carla and Jacob went above and beyond in making sure that my TV was replaced in a timely manner. (like TOMORROW). Let's hope that this one works!

    The unit lasted 2.5 days. Similar to many of the 1 star review where it tripped a circuit breaker. When I brought everything back online TV was dead, would not power up. After research and analysis time it seems there are a lot of failures like this. There has to be a design flaw in this tv. Way too expensive to have this happen. Best Buy was great with the return.
