    Jonathan was superb - explaining the difference between models of TV’s/ pricing and trying to get us the lowest possible price. Jimmy Nunez managing made everything move smoothly and got us the best but credit card! Both men were tremendous assets

    Great quality, colors and technology. With a tv like this and a nice soundbar, you dont need to go to theater!

    Our TV has died once again. Second time this year. First time Samsung had to replace motherboard. Experiencing exact same symptoms this time too. This TV is a lemon.

    I went in several times to look at different televisions. Decided on the matte finish. Dre was so helpful and very patient every-time I was there. Love shopping at Best Buy.

    Excellent TV. No glare at all. If you have a bright room with a lot of windows. This tv is your salvation. We no longer have issues with watching any shows during daylight.

    I'm extremely disappointed with the recurring power failure on this TV. The first one had power problems after only a week. I found out this was a known issue with the S95D model, but I still hoped that would not happen with the replacement... the replacement stopped working with the same issue 12 months later. I have never before had this much trouble with a tv.

    The TV stopped workibg pn the 13th month. Out of warranty. I would not buy a Samsung TV again. No consideration for warranty coverage 1 month out. Tge One Connect Box failrd

    I had this television installed at 4:30 pm and everything was frozen 2 hours later. I read the reviews about it having electrical problems but there were more positive reviews about the great picture. I should have listened to the 1Stars. Best Buy was very understanding and let me return the Samsung and I ended up getting the Sony Bravia 9. Special thanks to the television rep and the manager at Best Buy for making it easy to correct this mistake.

    Purchased this TV roughly 2 months ago and it has already completely died and tripped the electrical breaker. Best Buy would not allow me to return the TV as I am now outside of the return window. Opened a service ticket with Samsung but it just keeps getting reassigned. At this point I just want my money back so I can go buy a different brand but Samsung is making even that impossible. I paid way too much money for a literal piece of trash. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

    I purchased this TV in May 2025, and within a month, the power supply failed. Samsung repaired it after two dispatches. Here it is 11/13/25, and the TV has stopped working again, with the same symptoms as the first power supply failure. If you buy this TV, get the Best Buy extended warranty. I sure wish I did; Samsung only gives a year. If my math is correct and the new power supply lasts another six months, that will take me to the end of the Samsung warranty.
