    Loved the tv but it only lasted about a year. Worked perfectly one day then the next day it had no power, picture, and needed to be replaced.

    It worked for FOUR days. Need I say more?!? However, I will say that the Geek Squad, Carla and Jacob went above and beyond in making sure that my TV was replaced in a timely manner. (like TOMORROW). Let's hope that this one works!

    I purchased this tv in December of 2024. In February of 2025 the power supply went out. I had it replaced and once again the the same thing has happened. Only this time I’m outside the 60 day return policy, so now I have to go through Samsung for the warranty repair/replacement. Best Buy/Geek Squad is of no help.

    Junk! Failed 2nd time in March. Bought in Oct. The "brain box" is dead as a hammer again. 2nd in 6 months! Total crap. Samsung wants me to wait another 2 weeks for service that is unlikely to solve the problem. I have now lost 3 weeks of a very expensive tv in less than 6 months! JUNK. Samsung "Support" is crap. Defer, delay and deny. Not customer service.

    The unit lasted 2.5 days. Similar to many of the 1 star review where it tripped a circuit breaker. When I brought everything back online TV was dead, would not power up. After research and analysis time it seems there are a lot of failures like this. There has to be a design flaw in this tv. Way too expensive to have this happen. Best Buy was great with the return.

    TV motherboard burned out in just 11 months — doesn’t power on. You can search reviews. I should have before purchasing — they all say this is common faulty motherboard. Best Buy can’t help if it happens within 1 year, only can help after 365 days, so you’re at the mercy of Samsung. Good luck

    This was a replacement for the first television that stopped working after 6 weeks. The second one stopped working after 4 weeks. Both times it just wouldn’t turn on anymore. It is being returned and replaced with another brand.

    Tv is not reliable for me! Going on my third one in less than 6 months. The connect box is faulty in my opinion! Trips breaker and then can never turn back on! Frustrating for sure especially when about the time it sits perfect on the wall you have do go get another one!!

    Never buy from Best Buy again bought the OLED 77” Samsung 1/20/25 and it went out one week later here it is 2/27/25 and yet to receive my replacement called Best Buy somehow I got rescheduled again for 03/05/25 for delivery every week there’s been a problem with my TV being delivered…..

    This TV has great picture and anti-reflective screen....but a bright green stuck pixel is a deal breaker. Returning it. Based on similar problems reported in the past by others on this model, will probably get a different brand instead of taking chances.
