    We bought this TV in April ff 2025. It died in November, it won't even turn on. 3K for a TV that doesn't last even 1 year. On top of that, I paid for the Best Buy protection plus, which is a total waste and sham. They make you contact Samsung anyway.

    Tv is not reliable for me! Going on my third one in less than 6 months. The connect box is faulty in my opinion! Trips breaker and then can never turn back on! Frustrating for sure especially when about the time it sits perfect on the wall you have do go get another one!!

    Never buy from Best Buy again bought the OLED 77” Samsung 1/20/25 and it went out one week later here it is 2/27/25 and yet to receive my replacement called Best Buy somehow I got rescheduled again for 03/05/25 for delivery every week there’s been a problem with my TV being delivered…..

    This TV has great picture and anti-reflective screen....but a bright green stuck pixel is a deal breaker. Returning it. Based on similar problems reported in the past by others on this model, will probably get a different brand instead of taking chances.

    One Connect Box is Terrible

    This TV would be amazing if it didn't have such power issues with the one connect box on the back. You will not own it long before it suddenly won't turn on because of some defect. I've already had the box replaced and it broke again. Don't buy this TV.

    Horrible…I have to return it ! Also they have not return my Verizon coupon after returning the product! The associates in best never told about the product quality and when we use the Verizon code and ask for return …they denied! I even told to use the money in Best Buy only to buy another one but they denied! Horrible experience and not going back !

    Bought the Samsung S95D Tizen 77” non-glare. The 48” model on display is gorgeous. Pricetag is almost $5K add on tax, geek setup and insurance (glad i did this) i was around $6k+
