    The employee that helped us was very knowledgeable about the TVs and was able to help my wife and I decide on what would be the right one for us. Since they don’t make commission there was no pressure to huy something out of our price range. It was a very good experience. We will be back!

    Had this TV for a year and 10 days before it tripped the breaker and now no longer powers on. This is a COMMON issue with the s95D model along with the s90D model; and if were being honest, you could likely fid other models affected. Just look it up, youll find all sorts of reddit forums discussing the issue. On top of that, Samsung REFUSES to even service my tv, far less cover the costs. They say there is noone in my area to service the TV. I asked if it was 10 days earlier and was still under warranty, how would they cover it? They say a 'premium' service call would be made. But a premium service call cant be made for a Samsung loyalist who currently owns a Samsung stove, fridge, 2 phones, 3 tvs. Nope, cant be bothered to help, already pocketed the $2600 (discounted price too) they stole from me. Coming from a loyal Samsung fan for over 15 years now, this is a huge disappointment. Ill never buy another Samsung product again. Ill file a complaint through the the FTC and hopefully a class action lawsuit arises out of this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

    This TV is the very best I have seen anywhere. Installed in my home, and the Matte Screen shows no reflections whatsoever. Lights in the room or light from the windows does not reflect. The colors are vibrant. A truly enjoyable experience watching TV.

    Picture is amazing! Colors are so vivid and rich. Matte screen has no glare whatsoever…. but it’s now 3 weeks later and it suddenly turned off and won’t turn back on. No red standby light. Checked outlet. Nothing wrong there. Plugged back in, still won’t turn on. Not sure if I’ll contact support or return it. Loved it so much and now so disappointed.

    I chose this over Bravia and LG C5 since our living room is very bright and this is brightest of the three. The operating system is good, the remote is responsive and the built in smart thing makes it very versatile.

    One of the best TVs i have owned. Didnt even know anti-glare (Matte Finish) TV existed. Its a big jump from regular OLED TV to Matte Finish OLED in a bright room.

    It’s a little different in setting up devices. It also not compatible with older devices which compels one to purchase newer devices The picture quality is excellent and tv sound is very distinct

    Good- The picture quality is outstanding! Bad- Two breakdowns in less than 7 months. The first one the technician had to completely rebuild it. (March) Two days ago, it was dead again. I am trying to get in contact with Samsung 24/7 hour service. Samsung, email me, please.

    This TV will take your viewing pleasure to a hole new level. Fantastic picture quality. I also love how the Q-symphony feature connects and controls my Q990D sound bar. Just be sure to get some strong folks to help you get the TV set up.
