Since they don’t make commission there was no pressure to huy something out of our price range. It was a very good experience. We will be back!

Matte screen has no glare whatsoever…. but it’s now 3 weeks later and it suddenly turned off and won’t turn back on. No red standby light. Checked outlet. Nothing wrong there. Plugged back in, still won’t turn on. Not sure if I’ll contact support or return it. Loved it so much and now so disappointed.

Installed in my home, and the Matte Screen shows no reflections whatsoever. Lights in the room or light from the windows does not reflect. The colors are vibrant. A truly enjoyable experience watching TV.

Picture is crisp and clear with absolutely no glare or reflections on the screen. It has so many features and things to do on it. The TV will outlive all of the features before you have time to find them all. Deep colors blacks are blacks and the vibrancy of the colors is amazing. People who have seen it say they want one.

Fantastic picture quality. I also love how the Q-symphony feature connects and controls my Q990D sound bar. Just be sure to get some strong folks to help you get the TV set up.

The cutstomer service was terrible even as a PLUS member (being canceled) and even worse at the Mid Ricers MO store. Carl the manager on the problems with setup told me “I’m not the first or last person this will happen to” direct quote on helping me along with threatening to just return my 3k plus purchase but that doesn’t matter along with fact we’ve spent over 8k in that store in the past 12 months. Nobody cared so I don’t care to be a customer anymore or plus member or credit card holder.

We haven't had it a long time, but everything picture, sound, and user friendlies is superior to any previous Samsung we have owned! The only weird thing is the cheap feeling remote, which is mot a huge deal. Beware, this is extremely heavy and awkward to handle compared to most flat-screen TVs.

We have skylights and would always get glare. The picture quality is excellent. Controls are easy to use. Best Buy installed the TV. They were professional and very respectful of the home and property.

This is for a friend who has a lot of health problems. It’s replacing.the Samsung qn90d. I’m doing this because I know it will have zero blooming, and the previous TV had terrible blooming.. I don’t care for the matte finish when there’s a lot of light in the room, but overall it’s an amazingly beautiful TV!
