OLED Matte Finish TV Awesome

The first one the technician had to completely rebuild it. (March) Two days ago, it was dead again. I am trying to get in contact with Samsung 24/7 hour service. Samsung, email me, please.

Samsung 77" SD95

Antiglare is great feature since my TV is in full sunlight in the afternoon. I added QSymphony speaker system proving very good surround sound. Motion detection displays very well. Enjoy!

Died after 4 days ... one connect box failure.

Bought 2nd S95D locally at BestBuy...It died after 4 days. Drove back to BB and exchanged for a 3rd. No storms, no known power issues, plugged into surge protected UPS backup... both TVs died and tripped the electrical breaker. I have zero confidence in Samsung at this point...

You see everything perfect there’s no glare. I love it.

Going from a 8 year old Sony to this was night and day. I will say the colors seemed a little better on the LG, but this matte screen hides all the reflections and is worth the cost

Matte Finish Works Great

Power supply failure (known issue)
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had this TV for a year and 10 days before it tripped the breaker and now no longer powers on. This is a COMMON issue with the s95D model along with the s90D model; and if were being honest, you could likely fid other models affected. Just look it up, youll find all sorts of reddit forums discussing the issue. On top of that, Samsung REFUSES to even service my tv, far less cover the costs. They say there is noone in my area to service the TV. I asked if it was 10 days earlier and was still under warranty, how would they cover it? They say a 'premium' service call would be made. But a premium service call cant be made for a Samsung loyalist who currently owns a Samsung stove, fridge, 2 phones, 3 tvs. Nope, cant be bothered to help, already pocketed the $2600 (discounted price too) they stole from me. Coming from a loyal Samsung fan for over 15 years now, this is a huge disappointment. Ill never buy another Samsung product again. Ill file a complaint through the the FTC and hopefully a class action lawsuit arises out of this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Samsung stands behind the quality and performance of our TVs with a limited 1-year manufacturer’s warranty when purchased brand-new from an authorized dealer. Depending on your warranty you will have a couple of other options for service.
- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty, you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one-year warranty, you can reach out to Samsung Support for service.
