    Great 77” inch replaced a 75 Inch television.Much faster speed and better picture, would recommend this Samsung tv. Best Buy installed this on time and professionally. Got a great rebate from best buy. I have belonged to best buy tech membership and both my wife would recommend signing up for membership. Get one of these great televisions.

    Love the tv it’s self but don’t like the way you have to navigate the internet. Our old Samsung had an easier way of typing in your searches you didn’t have it type in each letter by moving the arrow to each letter

    Display is beautiful, but stock speakers buzz with bass tones. Definitely only recommend if buying with an external sound system.

      Thanks for sharing your experience with your TV. Unusual sounds can come from different sources, so first check whether it’s from the TV speakers, an external device (like a soundbar), or the back of the TV.
      • For external audio, ensure cables are connected to the correct output
      • If using antenna or cable, check signal strength: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Broadcast Signal
      • Popping sounds from the back may be due to thermal expansion - this is normal and not a malfunction
      • Run a Sound Test to troubleshoot: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Sound Test

    Cord too short and bad antiglare film on screen

    Bought an open box; was told by two Best Buy employees that the input output box had a long cord to where the box could be stored in the entertainment center. Not the case it is only about 12” long. Next problem is this tv has an anti-glare film on the screen from Samsung; the tv was only re-boxed with the styrofoam. This cause permanent marking on the top and bottom of the screen (scuff/scratches). The tv was returned. I likely will not purchase this same tv even as brand new.
