Nice tv, remote very sensitive, but overall looks nice on my wall

This is the 3rd one that we have had to have delivered. It looks great on the wall and this one works. The first one was purchased in November of 2020. It was cracked. The second one came in December 2020. The screen would only go from blue to black. This one is the third, and it is working so far!!

You can’t even tell that it’s HD. The Picture color and saturation is not great and it’s hard to even tell if you’re looking at an HD image because it’s so fuzzy. Should’ve bought the TV that was $100 more with a higher refresh rate. If watching sports or even movies you’ll see a lot of glitches and latency related to this TVs refresh rate which makes it almost unwatchable sometimes because you’re just focused on why and if the TV can’t even keep up with whatever you’re watching.

I love my tv. What I do not like about it is the fact that it only has two ports. Also if you connect a game system, it automatically goes to that port all the time. I wish the menu was better in finding things but above all I am very pleased.

New 82 in tv was delivered on time and the fellows set it up promptly, explained easy operation, asked if I had any concerns, removed all packaging, stayed a few minutes to be sure the unit was working properly. A very good job!

Im thrilled with my monster samsung tv! Luke skywalker looks oh so glorious..also, very impressed with my total experience with best buy..Great, in store courtesy and help..Even the delivery cats were right on point!

Great TV for the Price. Didn’t want to spend a lot for a nice 4K TV but this TV fit right in the middle when it comes to price, capabilities and value. We are very pleased with this purchase

The colors are great. The size and the price are amazing. Only complaint is the glare can be a bit much at times. But other than that it is a great buy for someone who doesn’t want to break the bank for a tv of this size and quality.

TV is nice, however, I experience a darkened, uncontrollable screen when put in game mode. I will call Samsung to figure it out. The fact that I have to call to have this doneis why I wouldn't give 5 stars.

nice tv and picture, but only 2 months after installing on my wall - it stopped working! out of warranty. ugh

Way way to big People literally see the tv and laugh It’s insanely large Works perfect if you have high speed internet which I do .... great tv great product

Easy to set up. Had to buy new stand, because we upgraded from a 65" HDTV. Instructions could be bettr. Thought i broke it when installing the stamds due to a snapping sound.

This is a great TV. I had some problems with the colors balance. Best Buy came out to fix it. When they could not fix it. They replaced the TV. Thanks to the Geek Squad and Best Buy.

Descent TV, not as clear as my 65 inch however the superbowl was nice on such a big tv if it wasnt such a crappie game.

Love this refrigerator, it is better than any other one I had before. So high tech and you can control it from the smart phone.
