Missing Power Cord

After being transferred to multiple departments, I still do not know how to get one. Last transfer resulted in an automated response that the department was closed for the day.

A month or so later this one has dark grey shadowish spots all the way around the picture on a light black drop. Going to have to call to get it fixed or replaced

2/5/21 - DO NOT BUY BRO

I wouldn’t recommend buying any Samsung products as they are not up to date nor user friendly. Tv was very delayed when turning on, selecting apps, so your selection will overrun what you’re wanting. Also the channels, &volume would overrun as well. App’s didn’t open at all, when selected. Had to reboot the TV numerous times for it to come on. The picture grade is worst than 1st matrix movie quality. The TV felt like cheap plastic. Do not waste your time buying this junk. Go LG, it’s a HUGE DIFFERENCE!
