    Great at first but the screen developed a small line across the top right at 1 year and 40 days from the date I purchased...Samsung has a one-year warranty so I am on my own. I have bought 5 TV's, 1 Gas Range, 1 Fridge and all of my phones from Samsung, so needless to say I have spent SEVERAL thousands of dollars with them over the last couple of years. I have had trouble with the range (touch sensor), the fridge stopped making ice 8 months after purchase, and now my TV...I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG PRODUCT...PERIOD! If you do by a Samsung product, please be sure and BUY AN EXTENDED SERVICE CONTRACT!

    GEEK SQUAD SET UP TV AND SOUND BAR BUT DID NOT LOCK IT IN. SO WHEN THEY LEFT TV WOULD NOT COME ON OR COME ON BUT WITH THE BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH. ARE YOU ABLE TO HELP ME. PLEASE DO SO THANK YOU CHRIS JENSEN

    This TV had a nice picture however it stopped working after seven months. The arc connection never worked from the beginning. I had it hooked up with a Samsung sound bar so it definitely shouldn’t of been any issue there. Samsung did allow me to return the TV to Best Buy and Best Buy hooked me up with a new 85 inch Sony as Samsung wanted me to pay a 1000 Dollar difference to get an equivalent Samsung TV. No thank you! Thanks to Best Buy for the great service!!!
